Who we are
Digital Zimbabwe builds and manages websites for Zimbabwean small businesses. This website is operated from Zimbabwe, with work carried out from Harare and Bulawayo.
Information we collect
When you use our forms, we may collect your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, current website or social page, brand notes, asset links, and the message you choose to send us.
We also receive basic technical information that browsers and hosting services normally provide, such as page requests, device type, approximate location, referrer, and timestamps.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or free mockup request.
- To prepare a website preview, proposal, quote, or follow-up plan.
- To improve the website, understand which pages generate enquiries, and measure advertising performance.
Services we use
We use trusted service providers to run this website and receive enquiries, including Vercel for hosting, Web3Forms for form submissions, WhatsApp for direct messages, and email services for replies. If Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager are added, they may be used to measure visits and lead conversions.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The website can use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. If we run Google Ads, conversion tracking may record that a visitor submitted a form, reached the thank-you page, or clicked a WhatsApp link. We do not put your email address, phone number, or other personal details into the page URL for tracking.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and understand our marketing performance. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details if we no longer need them for an active service or legal/business record.
