How payment, revisions, ownership, and monthly care work when we build your website. Written plainly on purpose.

USD, bank transfer, EcoCash, or Paynow, depending on the project. Your invoice carries the exact payment details for your build.
A free homepage preview before any payment. Two rounds of revisions at each stage - preview and full build. Extra rounds, or work outside the agreed scope, are quoted before we start, never after.
Content deadlines are agreed at kickoff. The 48-72 hour build clock runs from when we have your materials - if photos or details arrive late, the launch date moves with them.
Care covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime and form checks, one small content update each month, a monthly performance snapshot, and WhatsApp support.
Cancel any time - you keep your website. If a care payment lapses, there is a 14-day grace period, then care pauses: your site stays up, but updates, checks, and support stop until payment resumes.
You own your website and domain. If you decide to leave, we hand over hosting, domain, email, backups, and platform access, and explain what needs to move. No hostage tactics, ever.
